NEXT-GENERATION 9-1-1 CALL MANAGEMENT

Turn every 9-1-1 call into an informed, coordinated and fully documented response.

Sky911 brings caller information, RapidSOS and ALI location data, guided Standard Operating Procedures, incident validation, response-agency recommendations, real-time status and a complete time-stamped case record into one operational workflow.

Start with advanced 9-1-1 call management. Connect natively to computer-aided dispatch platforms and add AVL, radio-console and administrative capabilities as your operation grows—without forcing every agency to purchase an oversized system on day one.

The call should move forward—not between disconnected tools.

A telecommunicator should not have to build one incident from several unrelated applications: a location viewer, a static procedure manual, handwritten notes, a map, a separate agency directory and another system for the final record. Each handoff introduces delay, repetition and another opportunity for information to become incomplete or inconsistent.

Sky911 keeps the call, the location, the procedure, the operator’s documentation, the recommended agencies, related-call alerts, comments and status history connected to the same evolving case. The result is a clearer workflow for the operator and a stronger operational record for supervisors, administrators and partner agencies.

Caller location belongs inside the incident - not in a separate window.

Sky911 presents an embedded RapidSOS data layer and available ALI information within the active call-management environment. Operators can review location data and its uncertainty area, compare available sources, validate or reposition the incident location and perform an additional RapidSOS query when the situation requires it—all while remaining inside the same case workflow.

This matters because location intelligence is most valuable when it arrives early enough to influence the decision. Sky911 makes it part of the incident being managed rather than a separate lookup that must later be copied, reinterpreted or manually re-entered.

SOP guidance that dynamically adapts as the call unfolds.

Sky911 does not treat a Standard Operating Procedure as a document operators must locate and interpret under pressure. Its configurable SOP structure can include questionnaires, response-agency assignments, operational notes, action lists and revision history. As the operator documents the incident and answers the applicable questions, Sky911 dynamically filters the agencies recommended for the response.

The telecommunicator remains responsible for the call. Sky911 supports that judgment by keeping the organization’s approved procedures visible and actionable at the moment they are needed.

  • Structured questions help operators collect the information required for the selected incident type.

  • Agency recommendations change as new answers are entered.

  • Supervisors can configure procedures and quick-access options for local workflows.

  • Procedure revisions can be associated with the incident record for later review.

Recognize when several calls may be describing one same event.

Large or fast-moving incidents rarely produce one perfectly complete report. Several callers may describe the same event from different locations, use different words or provide only part of the story. Sky911 helps surface those relationships while the event is still developing.

  • Time-and-Space Alerts identify cases reported within a defined distance or time interval.

  • Same-Number Alerts surface other incidents associated with the same telephone number.

  • Historical Alerts locate prior cases associated with the location, caller, affected person or related identifiers.

Operators can review potentially related cases, link them when appropriate and document the reason for the connection. Supervisory controls support later review and correction when a link should be reversed.

Begin with 9-1-1 call management.
Connect the rest of the response when you are ready.

Sky911 does not have to become another isolated point solution. It can serve as the operational foundation for receiving, validating, classifying and documenting emergency incidents while connecting natively to additional public-safety capabilities through Skytec’s modular ecosystem.

 Computer-Aided Dispatch

SkyCAD

SkyCAD receives supported NG911 call data and brings it directly into the dispatch workflow, reducing duplicate entry and unnecessary handoffs between call handling and dispatch operations.

AVL and Resource Location

SkyTrackers

SkyTrackers adds live GPS and AVL visibility for vehicles, mobile assets and supported GPS-capable radios. Location information can support better-informed resource selection and give authorized personnel greater visibility into the resources associated with the response.

 Radio and Voice Dispatch

SkyCall

SkyCall adds modular radio and voice-console capabilities, helping connect the incident workflow with the communications used to direct police, fire, EMS and other field personnel.

 Operational Administration

SkyDesk

SkyDesk can extend selected incident information into broader dashboards, management workflows, document controls and administrative functions when the organization requires them.

Implement the capabilities your operation needs now. Add new modules as priorities, funding and technology requirements evolve.

Built for multilingual emergency communications.

Sky911 goes beyond a bilingual interface to support communication across diverse languages and communities. English and Spanish are available throughout key operator workflows, including interface labels, incident documentation, and configured procedural content.

Through RapidSOS supported AI modules, Sky911 also incorporates real-time multilingual translation and transcription directly into the call-management workflow. Telecommunicators can better understand callers, capture critical details, and document incidents when the caller and operator do not share the same language—without shifting between unrelated applications.
For US agencies, this provides a more inclusive way to serve linguistically diverse communities and support multilingual personnel. For Latin American organizations, Sky911 operates naturally in Spanish while preserving English-language interoperability for regional partners, technology providers, and cross-border coordination.

Advanced capability without an unnecessarily expensive path to adoption.

Many agencies need modern 9-1-1 capability but cannot justify the licensing burden, implementation complexity or all-or-nothing packaging associated with the largest legacy platforms. Sky911 is positioned to make advanced call-management functionality attainable for a broader range of PSAPs, emergency communications centers and public-safety organizations.

Flexible licensing and modular deployment allow an organization to begin with the core capabilities it needs and expand over time. Agencies avoid paying for a fully bundled ecosystem before they are ready, while preserving a practical path toward CAD, AVL, radio-console and broader operational integration.

Bring us one of your real call workflows.

We will show your team how Sky911 can receive or create the incident, present available ALI and RapidSOS information, validate the location, guide documentation through the applicable SOP, recommend response agencies, surface potentially related calls, document the response timeline, generate the incident summary and connect the case to CAD, AVL and radio-console capabilities.

Demonstrations are available in English and Spanish for organizations throughout the United States and Latin America.
