SkyCall
SkyCall is a radio network interoperability software that allows voice and data connectivity among multiple wireless communication devices-networks while offering virtualized dispatch console capabilities and the ability to track down your mobile devices via GPS. Through a software defined architecture, SkyCall provides the agility and flexibility that your business-network requires allowing full operational two-way radio functionality with any vendor protocol (Ex. Nexedge, DMR, TETRA, P25, etc.), interaction with designated pc/mobile devices on your network, complete radio dispatch console functions and voice-data record accountability. SMS, text, emails messages and voice services can be delivered both ways to wherever they are needed in the network. Real time GPS output data from registered devices can be monitored via the tracking software module allowing operators to pinpoint user/originator geographical location.
SkyTec’s complete software defined radio control and messaging gateway allow the users to send and receive emails, text, SMS, or Twitter messages over the cloud from any registered handheld device/computer to the land mobile radios (LMR) and back. Moreover, virtualized applications or web-based modules within the software platform can be installed on your device(s), enabling the users to run-operate a radio dispatch console and computer aided dispatch software with the hardware freedom that only web-based applications provides.
The web-based radio dispatch console application includes all the regulatory features and operation controls of those hardware oriented systems, eliminating points of failure by avoiding costly system’s peripherals.
